I'm looking back over some of the things I've written on here and thinking to myself that I was such an emo teenager. And then I look at the lyrics I've written recently (just uploaded a couple) and I'm thinking that I really haven't changed my writing style. Happy to say that I'm a much less angry, much less sad person then I was back then however. Guess I just wanted a nostalgia trip. Back Again

I'm back at uni. I'm not gonna pretend that it's really exciting because, the truth is, it isn't. I have, however, spoken more to one of my flatmates here than I ever did last year (even if it was only five sentences) so I guess you could say it's an improvement. I suppose it's only been a day. But, due to last year, the whole atmosphere of coming to uni just seems daunting. Over the summer, I wrote a total of fifty thousand words (over) which is pretty good for me. I got my hair cut short and, despite the fact that it looks nice, it bugs me that I have to straighten it and add gel every day if I don't want to go out with my hood up. I spent

I got a 65! Ah, so happy. I mean, it was only on one peice of coursework and my other peice brings that down a bit and I have an exam tomorrow that will bring it down even more but... !!! So happy that I can actually do it. I will try ever so hard with my next load of module's because a 65 is awesome (at least I think it is). Toni x
